Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting independent art! Because fine art prints are delicate and often printed to order, we maintain specific guidelines to ensure your art arrives safely and looks pristine on your wall.

1. Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Time: All prints are handled with care. Standard open-edition prints ship within [3–5] business days. Limited-edition or hand-signed prints require up to [7–10] business days for custom processing and signing.

Packaging: Small prints (11×14 and smaller) are shipped flat in a heavy-duty, rigid mailer inside a protective archival sleeve.

Large prints are gently rolled in protective paper and shipped in a heavy-duty, crush-resistant artistic mailing tube.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees, duties, or VAT at the time of delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Damaged in Transit (Our Guarantee)

We package everything securely, but if the mail carrier mishandles your package, we will replace it immediately.

Action Required: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the tube or flat mailer arrives bent, crushed, or torn, take a photo of the outside packaging before opening it.

Timeline: Email us at support@jammedintel.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and the print. We will ship a replacement out to you at no extra cost.

3. Returns & Exchanges

All prints are final sale and printed to order. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, but will instantly replace any item damaged in the mail. Many artists prefer this to avoid holding stock they can’t resell.

Because fine art prints are highly delicate and easily damaged by natural skin oils or improper handling, we have a strict return protocol:

Return Window: You must contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Returns requested after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Condition Requirement: Prints must be returned unframed, unaltered, and in their original packaging. If a print is returned with creases, finger smudges, scratches, or dog-eared corners due to improper re-packaging, a refund cannot be issued.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return trackable shipping costs and insurance. We highly recommend keeping your tracking number, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged on their way back to our studio.

Restocking Fee: Because each piece is custom-printed to order, non-damaged returns are subject to a **[15% or 20%] restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Artist Care Tip: When your print arrives, please handle it only by the edges or wear clean cotton gloves. Allow rolled prints to flatten naturally under a few clean, heavy books for 24 hours before framing. Do not use tape or glue on the print surface.
